Meet Robin and Tim! They are expecting their first child (a girl) in July.  After battling rain and dreary weather, we were finally able to get together for their couples Maternity session.  We met at Hafer Park in Edmond, OK one gorgeous evening for a sunset session in the park.  The sun was smiling it’s golden smile, the trees gently rustled in the wind as I witnessed these soon-to-be parents bask in the joy of what is to come.  When I first met these two a couple of months back, I knew we would work well together.  They were comfortable and relaxed the entire session.  I really enjoyed my time with Robin and Tim, and we created a great session together!  I am so looking forward to meeting baby Anna next month!

Client Proofing – Robin & Tim

Meet my brother, Nick, and his wife, Alyssa!  They are expecting their first child, a boy, in July.  I had the pleasure of capturing this special season of their life a couple of weeks ago.  We ventured off the beaten to a favorite spot of theirs for this sunset session in Norman, Oklahoma.  A light breeze cooled us as we soaked up the evening sun.   We took our time wandering through fields, down dirt trails, stopping to take photos along the way, finally arriving at the river.  I love the golden glow the setting sun gave these images!  I enjoyed spending time with them and am so excited to meet my nephew next month!

I’m so excited to finally to share Holly’s bridal session!  We held the session, back in April at the Oklahoma State Capitol Building.  The never-ending marble and timeless artwork in the building complimented Holly’s dress perfectly.  Holly looked absolutely stunning in the color, and the fit was beyond perfect!  I just knew her guests would be wowed when she entered the chapel on her wedding day, and they were!  But that story will come later  Keep your eyes open for more from Holly and her groom Van!

I’ve been busted!  *gasp* “Mama!”  she exlaimed.  Even after she knew she was in the spotlight, she just kept on tea partying!  That’s my little sweetheart

Kinley’s smile is so contagious!  I know I can’t help but smile whenever I see her sweet face.  She’s also FULL of energy, yet somehow her mom manages to remain stunning!  No worn out mama here!

Giggles and smiles all around!  I had such a wonderful time with these two ladies and I’m so looking forward to our next session!  Thank you Shanae and Kinley for allowing me to be part of your lives!

Stephanie a.k.a. Sam and Richard said their vows at Walnut Creek Chapel in Oklahoma City.  Their simple and elegant June wedding captured the essence of their love for each other perfectly.

Richard helped his lovely bride into her dress and jewelry.  This was a first for me!  Many couples feel bound by superstitions on their wedding day.  Sam and Richard chose to break them all and make the day about them.

The reception was decorated with unique details, including a few trophies from hunting trips they shared.

Congratulations to Sam and Richard!  Wishing you many years of hunting and happiness together!
